- Where are we manufacturing our products?
Atelier Petites Pierres is trademark registered in Turkey and all manufacturing is made within Turkey.
- What kind of material do you use in the products?
Most of the Atelier Petites Pierres’ products are made of brass or bronze . They are genarally coated with 24K gold, rose gold ,925 Sterling Silver or black rhodium. You’ll also find designs produced with 925 Solid Sterling Silver or 14K solid gold in our Petite Jewelry and Petite Family collections. All our jewelries are nickel and lead free.
- Will my jewelry tarnish?
In order to prevent fast oxidation we use a protective clear coating layer to our products . All of the products are under warranty during 1 year after your purchase.
- What should I do to use my jewelries for a longer time ?
Humidity, water, cosmetics or any chemicals will always harm your jewelries . We strongly recommend to not to use them while taking shower , swimming and keep them away from any cosmetics and chemicals. We also recommend to keep them in their origial boxes while not wearing in order to prevent them to tangle.
- My jewelry broke while wearing what should I do?
All products purchased from www.atelierpetitespierres.com are under warranty during 1 year. If there is a damamge in your jewelry such as a missing piece, broken chain etc... we provide free reparing service during 1 year. You may contact u thru email@example.com we’ll help you about the issue.
Shipping prices for the repairing belongs to the customer.
ABOUT MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER:
- How may I track my order?
Once you complete your order you’ll be receiving a Order Confirmation mail from our side. We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days. –personalized orders requires 7 business days production time -
You’ll receive a second mail including DHL Express tracking number when we ship your order. You may track your order thru the My Order page under Your Account Menu
- How may I cancel my order?
If you change your mind about your purchase a short while after you placed your order . No problem! You may send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll cancel your order thru the system. However if we had already shipped the item and you received the shipping confirmation we cannot process the cancelation.
You’ll need to return us the item after you receive the item.
- How May I return my order?
We happily accept unworn merchandise within 21 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders.
- What are the non qualifying return products?
Custom-made personalized pieces, including monograms ,nameplates, custom sized rings are handmade to order and cannot be returned.
- How will I ship my return order?
To return your order, please include the original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase.
We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.
- How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return we’ll be refunding your purchase following the payment method that you chose while shopping. Customers who paid via Paypal will receive their refund to their Paypal Account and the ones who paid thru credit card will receive their refund to their credit card.
