  • ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

    All Atelier Petites Pierres’ products are made of fine materials like brass, sterling silver, or 14K solid gold.

    The gold, rose gold, or black rhodium-filled items have an additional protective clear coating to prevent tarnishing.

    However, we strongly recommend keeping them away from water, cosmetics, and chemicals and protecting them in a dry place in their original boxes while not wearing them.
    Please consider that the pieces with genuine leather, cotton cords, or any textile materials are not water resistant and would be defective once they get wet.
  • How will I receive my order?

    All international orders are sent thru DHL Express. All items have different production times; these are clearly for each product at the bottom of their page. Once we ship the item, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation mail, including your DHL Express tracking number.

     

    How long does the shipment take?

    We can give you estimated times for some locations:

    USA East Coast: 1-2 business days

    USA West Coast: 1-3 business days

    EU Countries: 1,2 business days

    Non-EU Countries: 1-3 days

    Rest of the World: 2-5 days

     

    Will I pay tax or duties?

    Our original shipment point is Istanbul, Turkey. So all orders are subject to customs inspection. Local taxes are customs fees are in customer's responsibility.

    Some tips:

    The tax limit for US customers is 800 USD.

    EU member customers will receive 21% tax for purchases above 20 Euros

    Other countries, please take information about your custom tax percentages.

     

    May I cancel my order?

    Suppose you change your mind about your purchase a short while after you placed your order, no problem! You may email us atelier@petitespierres.com, and we'll cancel your order through the system. However, we cannot process the cancelation if we have already shipped the item and you received the shipping confirmation.

    You'll need to return the item after you receive the item.

     

    May I return my order?

    We happily accept unworn merchandise within 21 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders.

     

    What are the non-qualifying return products?

    Custom-made personalized pieces, including monograms, nameplates, and custom-sized rings, are handmade to order and cannot be returned.

     

    How will I ship my return order?

    Return shipping fee is on the customers' sideyou are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.

    We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.

    To return your order, please include the original invoice and any gift with the purchase.

     

    How will I receive my refund?

    Once we receive your return, we'll refund your purchase following the payment method you chose while shopping. Customers who paid via Paypal will receive their refund to their Paypal Account, and the ones who paid thru a credit card will receive their refund to their credit card.

     

    WARRANTY

    All products purchased from www.atelierpetitespierres.com are under warranty for one year.

    We wish all customers to be happy with their purchase; however, if you think that you have a problem with the item, you may send us its invoice, and we'll be the repairing or exchanging with a new product.

    Atelier Petites Pierres will pay for the return shipment of the defected product.

    However, the shipment cost of the replacement product (15,00$) will belong to the customer.
