How will I receive my order?
All international orders are sent thru DHL Express. All items have different production time, these are clearly for each product at the bottom of their page. Once we ship the item you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation mail including your DHL Express tracking number.
How long does the shipment take ?
We can give you estimated times for some locations:
USA East Coast : 1-2 business days
USA West Coast : 1-3 business days
EU Countries : 1,2 business days
Non-EU Countries : 1-3 days
Rest of the World: 2-5 days
Will I pay tax or duties?
Our original shipment point is Istanbul,Turkey. So all orders are subject to customs inspection. Local taxes are customs fees are in customer responsibility.
Tax limit for US customer is 800 USD.
EU member customers will receive 21% tax for purchases above 20 Euros
Other countries please take information about your custom tax percentages.
May I cancel my order?
If you change your mind about your purchase a short while after you placed your order, no problem! You may send us an email to email@example.com
and we’ll cancel your order thru the system. However if we had already shipped the item and you received the shipping confirmation we cannot process the cancelation.
You’ll need to return us the item after you receive the item.
May I return my order?
We happily accept unworn merchandise within 21 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders.
What are the non qualifying return products?
Custom-made personalized pieces, including monograms ,nameplates, custom sized rings are handmade to order and cannot be returned.
How will I ship my return order?
Return shipping fee is at the customers side, you are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice
We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package..
To return your order, please include the original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase
How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return we’ll be refunding your purchase following the payment method that you chose while shopping. Customers who paid via Paypal will receive their refund to their Paypal Account and the ones who paid thru credit card will receive their refund to their credit card.
We wish all customers to be happy with their purchase however if you think that you live a problem with the item you may send us with its invoice and we’ll be the repairing or exchanging with a new product.
The return shipment of the defected product will be paid by Atelier Petites Pierres.
However the shipment cost of the replacement product (15,00$) will belong to the customer.
