RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• How will I receive my order?

All international orders are sent thru DHL Express. All items have different production time, these are clearly indicated for each product at the bottom of their page. Once we ship the item you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation mail including your DHL Express tracking number.

• How long does the shipment take ?

We can give you estimated times for some locations:

Europe : 1-2 business days

USA East Coast : 1-2 business days

USA West Coast : 1-3 business days

Canada : 2-5 business days

Rest Of the World : 3-7 business days 
 

• Will I pay tax or duties?

Our original shipment point is Istanbul,Turkey.
So all orders are subject to customs inspection.
Atelier Petites Pierres is shipping all orders Delivery Duty Paid thru DHL Express. If you face any tax issue please contact us at atelier@petitespierres.com

• May I cancel my order?

If you change your mind about your purchase a short while after you placed your order . No problem! You may send us an email to atelier@petitespierres.com and we’ll cancel your order thru the system. However if we had already shipped the item and you received the shipping confirmation we cannot process the cancelation.

You’ll need to return us the item after you receive the item.

• May I return my order?

We happily accept unworn merchandise within 21 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders.
The return cost will belong to customers for international purchases.

• What are the non qualifying return products?

Custom-made personalized pieces, including monograms ,nameplates, custom sized rings are handmade to order and cannot be returned.

• How will I ship my return order?

To return your order, please include the original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase.  We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.

• How will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return we’ll be refunding your purchase following the payment method that you chose while shopping. Customers who paid via Paypal will receive their refund to their Paypal Account and the ones who paid thru credit card will receive their refund to their credit card.
